For home care agencies

See the reliability you’re already paying for

Your best caregivers are keeping your agency alive and your systems can’t see it. Kapwa.Care gives coordinators the live coverage picture, and gives your overnight shifts a pulse.

What you get

From scramble to system

Overnight accountability

Awake-overnight shifts get lightweight check-ins with a built-in escalation ladder — missed check-ins escalate to a phone call, then to your coordinator. You find out at 3:07am, not at 8am.

Faster coverage recovery

When a call-out lands, replacement offers cascade to available, credential-current caregivers — and everything is timed and recorded, so recovery becomes a measured process instead of a memory.

Pre-shift confirmations

Confirmations before shifts surface tomorrow’s problem today, while there’s still time to solve it quietly.

Credential expiry, handled

Expiry-tracked credentials with caregiver attestation — renewals surface before they lapse. No document photos are ever collected or stored.

Structured shift reports

End-of-shift reports as structured data — condition, tasks, incidents — instead of prose in a text thread. Aggregatable, auditable, and designed so client details stay out of chat apps entirely.

Your data stays yours

Agency data is tenant-isolated by architecture. Network insights are aggregate and anonymized — no individual caregiver data crosses agency lines, structurally.

The pilot

How a pilot works

1
Baseline first

We measure your current reality from your records — shift volume, call-outs, recovery time, coordinator load. That baseline is the yardstick everything gets judged against.

2
Caregivers onboard in minutes

Consent-first onboarding in the messaging app they already use, in English or Tagalog. No new app to install, no client information involved.

3
Run on your hardest shifts

The pilot starts where the pain is — awake-overnight coverage — and expands only when it's earning its keep.

4
Measured against the baseline

We report results against the numbers from step one. We also agree in advance what results would mean stopping — and we put that in writing.

A note on our claims.

Our recovery-time improvements come from simulation on synthetic data so far — that’s why the pilot exists. We will never quote you a number we haven’t measured with a real agency, and when we have those numbers, the first agency to see them will be the pilot partner they came from.
