What we collect
Exactly the fields on our forms. From the caregiver waitlist form: your name, city, email, phone number (optional), credential attestations (yes/no only — we never collect credential documents or images), shift preferences, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to write to us. From the pilot-inquiry form: name, organization, email, and message.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early-access to the waitlist, to understand where our community is, and to respond to pilot inquiries. We do not use this information to offer, promise, or assign jobs or shifts.
How it’s processed and stored
Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms (our form delivery processor) to our team email inbox, and are stored in that inbox only. They are not entered into any product system.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the delivery processor named above and as required by law.
Your choices
You can opt out or request deletion at any time — email hello@kapwa.care and we will honor requests within 30 days. Providing a phone number is optional; contact by text or Telegram happens only with the consent you gave on the form.
SMS / Text Messaging
Mobile numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely by Kapwa Care and are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies by shift schedule; during overnight shifts, opted-in caregivers may receive periodic safety check-in messages.

Do Not Track
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies at this time. Because the site does not track you, it does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18.
