For caregivers

Your reliability is worth something. Finally.

You show up — through night shifts, last-minute calls, hard seasons. Kapwa.Care turns that into a record you own: proof of the professional you already are.

What it’s like

A companion, not a boss

Lives where you already are

No new app. Kapwa.Care works inside the messaging app on your phone, in English and Tagalog — kausap mo, hindi amo mo.

Overnight check-ins that protect you

On awake-overnight shifts, a quick tap says “I’m here and awake.” Miss one, and someone checks on you. Alone at 3am in someone’s home, that works both ways.

Your credentials, without the paperwork

Track your certifications and expiry dates in one wallet. We never ask for photos of your documents — just what you hold and when it renews.

Premium shifts find you

When coverage is needed and you’re available and current, the offer comes to you — often at premium rates. Reliable caregivers get first look, because they’ve earned it.

Your CareScore

A record you own, that travels when you say so

Every confirmed shift and check-in builds your CareScore. It’s yours — not the agency’s, not ours. If you ever move, your record can move with you, but only with your consent. Nobody sees it without your say-so. Years of showing up should never reset to zero.

Consent, always

Nothing about you is shared across agencies without your explicit yes. That’s built into the system’s architecture, not a checkbox we hope holds.

No client details, ever

Client information never appears in your chats. Reports use protected channels and clients are referred to by alias only. Their privacy protected, and yours too.

Built from real work

Your score comes from verified signals — showing up, checking in, covering shifts. Not star ratings. Not reviews. Work.

Early access

We’re starting with a small pilot

Kapwa.Care launches with partner agencies first. If your agency joins, onboarding takes minutes and starts with your consent — in your language. Want it at your agency? Tell them, or tell us.
