Program description
Opted-in caregivers receive safety check-ins and shift notifications from Kapwa Care at the mobile number they provide. Enrollment is voluntary and requires your consent at sign-up.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by shift schedule; during overnight shifts, opted-in caregivers may receive periodic safety check-in messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Help and cancellation
Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Kapwa Care unless you opt in again.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
